Impromptus, Volume II details the majority of my work during the first three and a half months of 2021. I'm not sure what it is that's driving me but I've been more productive during the last 100 days than I think I've ever been, and I'm very happy about that. One interesting aspect of that productivity is that I haven't laid a finger on a piano for the last 16 months, so all of this music--good, bad or otherwise--has just been pouring out of my head. Whatever the reason, I'm glad for the inspiration.
